''If your eyes are open, you will see the things worth seeing" Rumi

It has always been fascinating to me - how different and wonderful the world is.
Sometimes nothing can describe its beauty better than your own eyes only.
I am very grateful for my eyes.
My humble attempts to photograph the views around me bring me a lot of joy - when my memory fades, pictures are good friends of mine, they help me remember.
I love walking and enjoy being outside with nature.
I am very fortunate to live in Australia, and in particular, in Western Australia, where the coastline is absolutely wonderful. So many beaches, breathtaking views, and the colors are just incredible. It wouldn't be even close to accurate describing them in words - photographs are better, but rarely as exceptional as nature itself.
That reminds me how very little each of us really is up against the greatness of the ocean or sky.
And how huge our egos are to give us the ability to think that we, as people, are the best or biggest in the world. When you look at the ocean and at one human being, this thought seems just ridiculous.
I admire the blue of all shades and kinds. In the ocean around me and in the sky above me.
Please God, let me always be grateful for the gift of life, that I am able to see so much.
Especially, that I have just started my adventure with this part of the world, I have probably seen less than one percent of Australia so far!!
What a Wonderful World
Many wonderful things in life are free and given. It is so easy to take them for granted. I try to leave a little sign of appreciation in my pictures and, on occasion, in a written word.
For me, the wonder of the ocean and the sky is primarily in their ever-changing shades of blue,
but I find it equally amazing that they are never the same - every time I look either at the sky or the ocean I can see a different picture. Two waves or two clouds will never be the same.

When I was little, we often came to the seaside for holidays.
It always fascinated me how huge this water in front of me was, and I wanted to know what's on the other side. Why can't I see it? I want to see the world! The whole world.
Working on cruise ships was a fantastic way to make my dream come true. I wanted to see the world, and I was doing it.And I was seeing the world, traveling through the seas and oceans. Amazing.
Perth's location gives me the pleasure of seeing stunning sunsets on a daily basis.
I hope never to take it for granted.
I look forward to seeing more of those gorgeous and dramatic sights.

This part of the world, I am lucky to call home at the moment, has so many kinds and shades of blue, I continue to live a dream.
